Limitation of Liability:
5.1 SOLAXI is not liable for financial losses, technical issues, or disruptions resulting from user actions or third-party services.
5.2 Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions are inherently irreversible and assume full responsibility for their actions while using the platform.
5.3 The platform is provided "as-is," and no warranties or guarantees are offered regarding its performance or functionality.
Indemnification:
